The Lodges at Reedmont are a group of newly built luxury cabins available for the first time in the Spring of 2024! This listing is for a group of cabins in the newly developed Lodges at Reedmont all of the same great location, floor plan, and amenities, with just slight variety in furnishings. While each cabin comes with it’s own individual flavor, they all boast the same designer-crafted floorplan with some of their own individual character & personality in the design choices. We have a new introductory price since these are new builds, so take advantage while you can!
Here is exactly what you can expect at one of these beautiful new cabins:
Pull into the new development and locate your cabin using the house numbers. You’ll have parking space for 2-3 cars right outside your front door. Just climb a couple of steps, punch in your code, and you’re in!
Inside, the contemporary feel will let you wind down, and relax, and spread out. The kitchen’s got everything you need for cooking a meal for the whole family or just enjoying a late night pack of Totinos with your friends.
Each cabin has 4 bedrooms; 2 king bedrooms on the main floor, 1 Queen bedrooms on the upper level, and 1 room with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds in the upstairs as well. Throughout the house the bedrooms have full bathrooms close by that allow guests to not feel crowded and able to spread out.
Each property comes with an indoor pool private for your use only as well as your very own hot tub; fully drained cleaned & refilled between each guest. We love the hot tubs for enjoying a late night wind-down after a day at the park or in the Smokies!
We provide starter supplies of all the essentials (towels, linens, toilet paper, etc.) but feel free to bring whatever will make you feel most comfortable. As a parting gift for our inaugural year, we will be giving all travelers membership to our Reedmont Club which will give you exclusive discounts and deals for future stays with us and other nearby attractions!

◉ PLEASE Note ⎯ Parts of the neighborhood will still be under construction through Fall of 2025 but there are pockets of the neighborhood that are already completely finished. We would expect some construction noise to occur during city-approved working hours, but check our reviews for current guest feedback!
Head towards Reed Schoolhouse Rd Sevierville, TN. If you’re on a major highway, check for signs indicating exits or turns towards Sevierville. Once you are on the local roads, use a GPS or map app to navigate to Reed Schoolhouse Rd. There will be a sign for The Lodges at Reedmont Neighborhood. The cabin is located in this neighborhood.
Our location is a short drive to many of these great attractions, dining and shopping spots in the area while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We know you’ll find plenty to do & see in our little mountain town.

We have some very basic house rules that we ask that you abide by during your stay. These rules are meant for you to review before your stay and are simple. Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay 🙂 If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund. | THE BASICS | 1.) OCCUPANTS – All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 10 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list – any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night. 2.) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT – Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. No exceptions. Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things! (1) empty the refrigerator and dispose items into the trash (2) load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it (3) leave any used beds unmade (4) and place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms and (5) gather all your belongings! 3.) PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 4.) HOUSEKEEPING – There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check-Out is at 10 am to allow our housekeepers time to clean the cabin. 5.) SECURITY – Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure and throughout your stay. Our cabin is in a very safe area, but please stay cautious. 6.) GARBAGE – Any garbage must be stowed in the outdoor trash cans on the property. Our cleaners will dispose of the trash. 7.) HOT TUB – The hot tub is one of the best features of the property! But, it does come with a few rules: (1) No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision (2) DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. (3) When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so it stays warm. 8.) l POOL RULES l *Please confirm with us that you have read, and understand all indoor pool guidelines* 1. No lifeguard is on duty. SWIM at your own risk 2. Pool is to be used by authorized guests only 3. No glass or food in the pool area 4. No diving, running, or horseplay, in or around pool 5. No animals allowed in the pool area 6. Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or if you are ill. 7. No swimming when thunder or lighting is present 8. Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times 9. Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers at all times 10. No bathbombs, bubbles, or soap to be put in the pool under any circumstances. 11. Do *NOT* adjust the temperature of the pool or the pool room. If they get off 2 degrees of each other it can cause significant damage. (If any damage occurs to the water or pool, or pool area this will require the pool to be drained and cleaned and will automatically result in a $1000 fine) **Please use the pool responsibly we, the owners are not responsible for any damages or injuries** | THE “Don’t Be a Jerk” RULES | 1.) SMOKING – Smoking is NOT allowed and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted 2.) NOISE – Please be kind to your neighbors. The cabin neighborhood has Code-enforced quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. If you plan to party do not book this chalet. It is our home and we ask you treat it with respect. 3.) DON’T BREAK OR STEAL STUFF – Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the chalet including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. 4.) DON’T TRY ANYTHING STUPID – Only use appliances for their intended uses 5.) PETS – We love pets! Sadly, they are NOT allowed at our property. 6.) TOILETS – No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000. | OTHERS | 1.) STORMS | No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions, Natural disasters, or acts of god. 2.) LOST ITEMS | Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host. If the item is found we have a $50 plus shipping returned item fee. | THE LEGAL STUFF | 1.) All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 2.) Any damage to any items in the chalet including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through VRBO or Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under “House Rules” 3.) WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This cabin is remotely located in open country with streams, ditches, ponds, swimming pool and other potential water hazards. There are many things for which we advise caution, as we cannot control every element on the property. By accepting the house rules, you are accepting that you will not make a claim against or sue the Owners or employees, family or related entities, for any bodily injury, death or property damage. You also understand that this is a release of Owner and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by invitees for damage or injury. And that’s it!
