The residence you’re currently residing in is situated to the right as you approach from the driveway; it’s accessible with a smart lock code and shares the driveway with the neighboring house on the left. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and a smart TV, as well as another bedroom equipped with full-over-full beds and an arcade game!
Access to the remaining areas of the house is conveniently facilitated by just two quick steps!
The main living room provides entry to three bedrooms, each furnished with king-sized beds and smart TVs. The master bedroom includes an attached full bathroom and swift access to the patio. Additionally, there is access to a shared full bathroom!

Welcome to the charming community of Sevierville, Tennessee, where the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains meets Southern hospitality. Nestled in the heart of the Smokies, Sevierville offers a mix of natural beauty, recreational opportunities, and a welcoming small-town atmosphere!
As our guest, you’ll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.
By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing.
1) All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 15 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list – any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night.
2) Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. No exceptions.
3) The hot tub is all ready for you and should be set no lower than 95 or more than 104 degrees at all times
4) We have stocked the chalet with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay.
5) Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted
6) People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online itinerary. No more than 15 persons (including infants) are allowed in the chalet at any time.
7) Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. If you plan to party do not book this chalet. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.
8) All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
9) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the chalet including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.
10) Only use appliances for their intended uses
11) Pets are NOT allowed.
12) Parking: PARKING – This is a shared driveway! Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
13) Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check-Out is at 10 am.
14) Check-out – Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things! (1) empty the refrigerator and dispose items into the trash (2) load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it (3) leave any used beds unmade (4) and place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms and (5) gather all your belongings!
15) Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle, located near the driveway.
16) Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill, and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
17) Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.] [Fireplaces are turned off from April 1 to October 1. They are not operational during this time of the year.]
18) No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
19) Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions, Natural disasters, or acts of god.
20) Any damage to any items in the chalet including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through VRBO or Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under “House Rules”
21) Lost items: Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host. The renter hereby agrees to not sue the owner, family or employees of the owners of this property.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: This chalet is remotely located in open country with streams, ditches, ponds, and other potential water hazards. There are many things for which we advise caution, as we cannot control every element on the ranch. I, (we), understand that we are wholly responsible for ourselves, children, and invited guests as relates to any activity or any facility we choose to use on the ranch. I, (we), hereby voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury, death and property damage (including personal property) to myself (ourselves), our family or anyone on the Premises with our permission, which injury or damage results from our use of the Premises. Furthermore, I (we) agree that I (we) will not make a claim against or sue the Owners or employees, family or related entities, for any bodily injury, death or property damage. I (we) understand that this is a release of Owner and agents from any and all liability with respect to any claims brought by invitees for damage or injury.
