Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay 🙂 If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund. The Basics: 1.) Occupants – All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 8 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list – any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night. 2.) Check In and Check out – Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. No exceptions. Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things! Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 4.) Housekeeping – There is no daily housekeeping service. Our cabin is in a very safe area, but please stay cautious. 6.) Garbage – Any garbage must be stowed in the bins on the driveway 7.) Hot Tub – The hot tub is one of the best features of the property! But, it does come with a few rules: (1) No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision (2) DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Don’t break or steal stuff – Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the chalet including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted. 4.)
