Owner

Abe moved to Sevier County and began investing the the Smokies in 2019 while he was an Operations Performance Improvement consultant at EY. He advised Fortune 500 companies on supply chain and operations efficiency. Since then he has integrated into the Vacation Rental industry in Sevier County, operating as a builder, investor and small business owner in multiple aspects of the industry. Abe uses his background as an efficiency expert, and his network throughout the entire industry, to make sure our owners have the best possible services, trades and suppliers. His own properties are all managed by POM and do not get distinguished, so every owner gets the same benefits as the local efficiency expert.

I’m a proud Appalachian State University grad with a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences, managed and estimated custom home remodels for million-dollar+ projects. With this experience I turned my passion for properties into being a Short-Term Rental Owner and our operations & go live manager. I love making things run smoothly, but even more, I enjoy building great teams and forming awesome relationships along the way. For me, work is all about having fun together while delivering amazing experiences for our guests and owners. My moto- Let’s make things happen—and have a blast while doing it!
