Lawrence began investing in Short-term Rentals while he was a consultant advising Fortune 500 companies on advanced pricing methods. He used a combination of dynamic pricing softwares and rules-based pricing shifts over time to help his own rentals outperform their expected revenue potential. Lawrence now uses these systems and processes to maximize revenue for our managed properties, including glid-slope analysis, demand spackling, and extensive SEO optimization. He is an active STR investor, a proud father, husband and Marine veteran.

I’m a proud Appalachian State University grad with a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences, managed and estimated custom home remodels for million-dollar+ projects. With this experience I turned my passion for properties into being a Short-Term Rental Owner and our operations & go live manager. I love making things run smoothly, but even more, I enjoy building great teams and forming awesome relationships along the way.
